Frequently Asked Questions
How long does production take? ＋
We can provide an AI preview image within 1 day after you place your order, and the finished painting is usually completed within about 7 days. Complex cases are the exception (we will notify you by email in those cases). After shipping is confirmed, the paint needs about 7–10 days to fully dry before the artwork can ship. Once dry, we will pack carefully and arrange shipment as soon as possible.
Can I request changes to the preview? ＋
2 rounds of minor free revisions on preview draft.
Are all paintings really hand-painted? ＋
We promise that all our artworks are 100% hand-painted with real paint. If needed, we can provide records of the painting process!!
How can I pay? ＋
Payment method: Official PayPal invoice, support PayPal account and credit card.
Ordering & Refund Policy ＋
After shipment confirmation, custom-made artwork is refundable only in case of physical damage upon arrival; subjective dissatisfaction will not be eligible for refund.
